Our Practice
The Johnson Law Firm is a national law firm that represents clients across the United States. We have a targeted and narrow practice concentrated on representing individual plaintiffs and groups of similarly situated plaintiffs who have been damaged by fraud, misrepresentation, negligence and defective products. We often associate with other top firms in the United States in order to coordinate our efforts against common defendants in particular types of cases.

We believe personal contact with our clients is essential to successfully handling our cases and to the way we practice law. We strive to provide quality service to our clients, as well as superior legal representation. The Johnson Law Firm maintains its national headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.

Fees
We get paid for results, not the amount of time and effort we can spend on a case. We are compensated on a contingent fee basis primarily. This means that we are paid a percentage of the recovery we achieve for the client. We are also willing to explore other fee arrangements with clients such as fixed fee arrangements with a contingent fee bonus for a successful outcome, and other outcome based arrangements. Sharing the risks with the clients provides great benefits to our clients and us.

Our criteria for taking a case are based upon our evaluation of the potential risks and rewards presented by the case. Once we have accepted a case our clients know our incentives for success are aligned. We are rewarded when we are successful but suffer the risk if we are not.
